Following the health provisions issued as a consequence of the health emergency for Covid19, our daily activities will be carried out with a different awareness. For this reason we have modified our procedures to ensure the safety of our guests and our staff.

The Staff of the Smart Hotel Naples will receive adequate training on the procedures to be adopted following the Covid-19 emergency. All staff will be equipped with masks and will have sanitizing detergents available for carrying out their activities.
In the common areas of the Hotel there will be several stations with a special sanitizing detergent dispenser for the hands.

A temperature control area has been set up at the check-point for access to the Maritime Station area which will serve as the first control step. Subsequently a second measurement will be provided at the time of check-in

Check-in procedures will be speeded up to minimize close contact between guests and staff.

The cleaning staff with the use of an Ulv nebulizer sanitizes the environments through the use of hydrogen peroxide (commonly known as oxygenated water) produced in compliance with the ministerial directives (circular 5443) harmless to humans and animals, safe on materials. After the first sanitation activity, the methodical cleaning of the rooms takes place.

The capacity of the breakfast room has been reduced to allow distancing between guests according to ministerial provisions. The breakfast buffet is managed by our staff. If guests wish to request it, it will be possible to have breakfast in the room.
